Gwydyr Sale 1820 Lots 48 / 52 , Beckenham 1820

A plan of lots - possibly of those sold to Lord 'Gwydyr' (Sir Peter Burrell IV) by his uncle Sir William Burrell. See page 3 of 'Beckenham' by Eric Inman and Nancy Tonkin. The lots were to the south and west of Eden Farm - possibly Croydon road area.
