He began painting with stencils in 2001 and has progressed to include gallery shows, although prefers ‘Empty Shows’ – illegal exhibitions held in derelict buildings and feels that “street art is an important and necessary part of society”.The Festival, which ran from 3rd-5th May, was organised by Pictures on Walls and Blank Expression with the permission of the British Rail Residuary Board and Department of Transport.
