Ros Price of South Connections mas costume band at the 2009 Notting Hill Carnival. The band was formed in 1985 as the Ovalionz with the help of Ros and Niki Lyons, a costume designer. Their first carnival was in 1986 and they are now sponsored by Unison and the Arts Council England. These designs for the 2009 carnival were by Shaun Carrington who has worked with South Connections since 2005.
