Photograph taken on 6th January 1989. In 1989 the owner was moving out of this house where she had lived since her birth in 1908. The house, which was built in 1858, contained many examples of ships' memorabilia, as her brother had been a sea captain. This photograph shows original features in the hall, including a working gas lamp.
