Tooley Street terminus.
A group of non-commisioned officers who would train recruits for World War One. Picture taken at Drill Hall which was on site of Kwick Klean Laundry, near the Clock Tower, Lewisham, later transformed to Ennersdale Road. Detailed picture of the officers in uniform, including Sgt. Nunn (2nd from right, front row).
Sgt. Fuller of the Lewisham Volunteers on horseback. Fuller transferred from 2nd/4th to 1st/4th became Sgt. Major and was killed in action during World War One.
