Villas, Chichester Place, Clapham. The row of buildings showing the border between the parishes of Clapham and Lambeth, now opposite Larkhall Park. The four semi-detached villas were assumed to have been designed by J.M. Gandy, a pupil of Sir John Soane. In the 1824 R.A exhibition catalogue, Gandy refers to 'dwelling houses being built in Vauxhall Road etc'. Watercolour painting by G.Yates, 1825.
