Engraving entitled 'Miss Nightingale's Carriage at the Seat of the War'. Florence Nightingale (1820 -1910), famous for her dedication and contribution to nursing and her role in the Crimean War. Started the Florence Nightingale Nurses Training School at St Thomas' Hospital, Lambeth, where the Nightingale Museum is presently situated. Engraving considered to be from the Illustrated London News, 30th August 1856.
