Considered to be No 100 King's Avenue, originally part of the Clapham Park development which was started in the 1830s by the developer Thomas Cubitt. Front view of the house and side extension, seen here before it was due to be demolished as part of a social housing programme by the local authority, and replaced by Clapham Park Estate, Helby Road and Headlam Road. This photograph taken on July 2nd 1952.
