KING’S ARM, KENNINGTON LANE, KENNINGTON

The King's Arms public house at the junction of Kennington Lane and Chester Way. The pub originated c.1800 and was rebuilt in 1938 with Albert and Annie Danks as the new landlords. For a brief period in the 1860s it also held a theatre licence.
