The London Eye, also known as the Millennium Wheel, is located by the riverside walk in the South Bank, Waterloo. It was erected as part of the Millennium 2000 celebrations. This photograph taken from the Jubilee Gardens car park on 17th March 2004, shows the Eye in the background with part of County Hall on the left.
