The six year old boy who won the competition to design the official Christmas card for 1998 is seen here standing next to his proud parents. The winning design was chosen from a large number of entries from Lambeth schools. The winner and his parents were entertained to tea in the Mayor's parlour in the Town Hall. On the left is the Leader of the Council, Councillor Jim Dixon, and the Mayor, Councillor Daphne Hayes-Mojon, is seen on his right.
