Drawing by Mr E Tristram of his operation at St Thomas' Hospital and given to Vi Villa (née Lavelli) a nurse at the hospital. Annotated 'Thanks Pal for 'olding me 'and'. Vi lived in Aquinas Street, Waterloo during the war and trained to be a Red Cross nurse, caring for geriatric and TB patients, before moving to St Thomas' hospital.Digital image by kind permission of Mrs Vi Villa.
