Deferment letter regarding war damage at the Gower home in Madeira Road, Streatham after World War II. This damage had been caused by a land mine falling opposite the house on St Anselm's church early in the war, plus a V1 flying bomb in 1944.Digital image by kind permission of Graham Gower.
