Poster for a Tango held at Lambeth Town Hall c.1975, by the South Lambeth Gay Liberation Front to benefit the Gay Times Festival, which was the precursor to Gay Pride. There was a Gay Centre in Brixton from 1972 as well as gay squats around Mayall and Railton Roads. The Front also held some of its early meetings at the Minet Library.
