ST MARTIN-IN-THE-FIELDS HIGH SCHOOL, TULSE HILL

St Martin-in-the-Fields High School at 155 Tulse Hill. The building was originally called Berry House and was built in 1856 by Edward Grove. It was subsequently renamed Silwood and lived in until 1907 by Josiah Christmas, a partner in Lovell & Christmas, Provision Merchants. The house and grounds were bought in 1912 by the Govenors of St Martin's School, although the school was not opened until 1928.
