The former Earl of Bristow's villa off Central Hill as it was in 1939 when scheduled for demolition. Built in several stages, it is thought to have initially been a hunting lodge. The house became known as Park Hotel in the 19th century run by a Mrs Crawley, and was later owned by Mrs Mary Nesbitt and renamed Park House. World War II halted the demolition and the building is now incorporated into the Virgo Fidelis Convent.
