View north-west along Braxted Park, Streatham Common. The road was laid out in 1902 and promoted by Hill & Tyler the builders as 'an ideal situation for a suburban residence'. The neighbourhood was marketed as 'Healthy Streatham', due to the closeness of the Common. A Johns postcard.
