EMBANKMENT WALKWAY, COUNTY HALL, WATERLOO

View from Westminster Bridge of the embankment walkway and County Hall when it was still in use by the Greater London Council, and a few years before its abolition by Margaret Thatcher. The building was sold off for commercial development which included hotels, art galleries, restaurants, London Aquarium and the London Eye, making the area one of the top tourist attractions in London. Dated June 1984.
