Artwork by New York collective Faile and the Spanish-based Belgium artist Bandit at the Cans Festival of street art in Waterloo. Bandit remarks: "the guy detonating his own head is sort of a dual meaning. First of all, I wanted to portray a new way of someone having enough of all the crap going on around him and taking matter in to his own hands in a kind of surreal way. Second is personal, and it portrays how I get my ideas...sort of a self initiated state of mind where ideas come to mind and I really get into this 'zone' and I get these explosions of ideas." Digital image, 3rd May 2008. From the Graffiti Gallery recording Lambeth's urban art.
