A pair of Regency semi-detached house at Nos 24-26 Acre Lane, Brixton (formerly Nos.5 & 6 George Place). In 1802 this site was sold to William Coward of Brixton Causeway, although these houses were not built until c.1822 by Samuel Clement, a builder of Great Suffolk Street.
