Mausoleum in the Greek Section of John Peter Ralli, built in 1863 by George Edmund Street, architect of the London Law Courts. An influx of refugees from Greece in 1822, after the Greek War of Independence, brought many merchants to London, several of whom leased ground in the unconsecrated area of the cemetery in 1842. St Stephen's chapel was later built here and the expanded area includes several mausolea for members of the Ralli family. Photograph by Eric de Mare
