Philippines-born artist Chito Salarza-Grant wearing one of his hat artworks at the Urban Art Show in Josephine Avenue, Brixton Hill. Chito lives in South London and is a self-taught artist using recycled materials wherever possible. The Urban Art Show is an annual event utilising the street railings as an open air gallery.
