NATIONAL FILM THEATRE, TENISON WAY, WATERLOO

Pedestrians in Tenison Way viewed from a car opposite the National Film Theatre. The NFT was temporarily housed here after the Festival of Britain and in 1957 was relocated beneath Waterloo Bridge in premises built by the British Film Institute which included two cinemas, plus the later addition of an IMAX.
