Proposed housing development plan for part of the Saunders Estate in Denmark Hill. The area was however purchased by the London County Council in 1906 for the creation of Ruskin Park, which was opened by Mr Evan Spicer J.P, Chairman of the L.C.C. on Saturday 2nd February, 1907.
