View of the boatyards including Nash & Miller, on the Lambeth foreshore adjacent to Bishop's Walk and Lambeth Palace. Etched by William Strudwick after his 1860s photograph. Strudwick worked as an architect, photographer, etcher and writer. He lived for much of his life in Lambeth, but died in the Infirmary at Croydon Workhouse and was buried in the Paupers' Cemetery.
