A plan for 116 flats/ maisonettes and 107 garages, to be built across the sites of large Victorian properties at 132a-138 Tulse Hill and 140, 142 Upper Tulse Hill. Here called the Tulse Hill Estate, it was developed by Ixworth Property Trust of 159 Herne Hill. The new streets were named Abbots Park and High Trees, although only 36 flats were built.
