A child mimicking Underwater Wenlock, one of eight Olympic mascots placed along the South Bank, part of the Cultural Olympiad celebrating the London 2012 Games. Each mascot was themed to an attraction in the vicinity, this particular mascot acknowledges the aquarium in County Hall.
