A leaflet to the inhabitants of Lambeth from Mr John Elson Rogers, 28 White Hart Street, Kennington to call for capital to be raised for the launch of a company to supply 'cheap and wholesome water' after Lambeth & Vauxhall Water Company raised the rate for their supply by 30%. Dated October 1842.
