Drainage plans for the conversion of Morningside at 59 Cavendish Road into six flats and 37 'motor lock-ups' [garages] - Albert Hastilow Architect, dated 11th November 1928. This redevelopment of another large Clapham Park house was relatively short-lived, in 1950 the file notes 'drains sealed' and the house demolished for an LCC block of flats. Adjacent is Elmhurst, shown as occupied by the Universalist Church.From Drainage Records
