Plan for the erection of 9 new houses on vacant land in Cavendish Road, Clapham - Nos 31-45. A later annotation states only 8 were in fact built by Mr George Harris of 2 Ray Road, Stockwell. The drainage details mention 6" glazed pipes were to join the main sewer to serve two W/Cs per house with the water supplied by Lambeth Water Company. Dated 5th February 1888.From Drainage Records.
