A plan OF drains for the new stables and coach house situated in the garden off a mews (now Garden Lane) at the rear of No.15 Streatham Hill. The works, to be carried out by Peacock Bros for Mr Fitter, consisted of 2 stables, a loose box, harness room and coach house. Dated 5th April 1895. From Drainage Records
