A plan of building land in Dulwich, part of the Manor House Estate, with 51 plots, including '13 valuable shops plots', to be sold at auction by Baker & Sons on 2nd July 1888. The land, now Croxted and Park Hall Roads, was retained on lease by the Governors of Dulwich College.From 'History and Antiquities of Camberwell' by W.H.Blanch, with additions by W.F.Noble.
