Second application for the election of Frank Marner aged 7, to the Royal Asylum of St Ann's Society on Streatham Hill. The appeal for votes states, 'His father, a Pork Butcher....in Lambeth and Holborn, died suddenly of cholera in 1848, leaving a widow....and seven children unprovided for'.
