A plan showing Brockwell Park Gardens. The file includes a letter from Mr G.R Lehain of No.17 objecting to the planned roadway improvements - 'If the rustic appearance of the road, with which I can find no fault whatever, must be spoilt, surely this can be postponed until such time as prices have become reasonably normal', also adding the charges are 'three times the pre-war cost.'
From Apportionment Files dated 24th October 1914. The files show the apportionment of costs to each owner for the construction of paths and roadways adjacent to their properties.
