An installation on the Thames foreshore at Vauxhall by the sculptor Jason deCaires Taylor titled 'The Rising Tide'. The shire horses were chosen to represent the origins of industrialisation and with oil-well pumps for heads to highlight the impact on the planet of fossil fuels.
