LAMBETH ZEPPELIN RAID VICTIM’S FUNERAL, WORLD WAR I

A report of the funeral for Mr Thomas F Pinchon of Commercial Road, Waterloo, killed during a Zeppelin raid whilst on duty as a Special Constable. The funeral took place on 19th October 1915, although earlier news reports were censored to conceal the locations of bombing incidents. From the South London Press, dated 22nd October 1915, page 7.
