A view of the Doulton fountain in Kennington Park, looking towards St Agnes church beyond. The artist is Ernest Arthur Rowe (1860-1922) who trained at Lambeth School of Art in Kennington and became noted for his watercolours of gardens. Oil on panel dated 4th April 1892, unsigned.
