A birds-eye view looking west across houses in Lansdowne Way, Stockwell, of the proposed site for the Larkhall Park. The three-stage redevelopment included the demolition of early Victorian houses in Lansdowne Way and Priory Grove by the GLC, but with the site being transfered to Lambeth Council, funding issues meant the plan was not fully implemented and the buildings were saved.
