Large detached houses in Mount Ephraim Road, Streatham. Building began on the road in 1864 and former residents include; David Cox Jnr the artist, Mrs Barbara Barr (step-daughter of D.H. Lawrence), Arthur Shepherd (who's family owned Hatchards), map-maker Edward Stanford and Keith Hill, Streatham's first Labour MP. A real photographic postcard addressed to Miss M Hughes, Maidstone and postmarked 13th September 1909.
