No.27 Streatham High Road - the Old Pump House and Laceby's garage awaiting demolition for the widening of the road, with the flats and shops under construction behind. The 300-year old house was lived in by Mr W. Laceby, who was a Streatham resident for 50 years, claimed his was the first garage on the London to Brighton Road.
