Manning Photographers was founded in the late 1940s by James Manning, who was later joined by his son Frank. The studio operated from 1952 onwards in Windmill Row, Kennington and continued until 2022. Their extensive photographic archive of approximately 400,000 images was gifted to Lambeth Archives by Frank & Sandra Manning.
