Plan for drainage to dwellings; Nos 10-18 Allen Street (later Centaur Street) to be built by John Selway, builder, for Miss Fuller. Selway lived at No.18 with his workshop adjacent. A 9" pipe was proposed 'in place of old barrel'. Dated 7th October 1890. From Drainage Records.
