St Mary's Church, Lambeth. The oldest surviving part is the 14th century tower, the rest having been rebuilt in 1851-52 by the contractors Howard & Nixon of Palace Road, Lambeth to the designs of Philip Hardwick. Damaged during the war and now restored as the Museum of Garden History. The churchyard contains the tombs of the Tradescant family and Vice-Admiral William Bligh, captain of the Bounty.
