Model of the Festival of Britain 1951 site, showing the Shot Tower, Royal Festival Hall, Charing Cross Bridge and the Dome of Discovery. The Festival occupied approximately 27 acres of the South Bank area of Waterloo and was part of a long regeneration plan for the area.
