The London Eye, also known as the Millennium Wheel, Jubilee Gardens, South Bank. Seen in the process of construction in October 1999, it is one of the world's largest Ferris Wheels. Designed by architects David Marks and Julia Barfield, for the Millennium 2000 celebration. Showing part of the traction equipment for turning the wheel.
