The Canterbury Theatre of Varieties at 143 Westminster Bridge Road was one of London's most famous Music-halls, established in 1849 by Charles Morton, who added a new hall in 1851 and another one in 1855. Rebuilt in 1867 by R.E.Villiers, the theatre survived until it was bombed in World War II. Programme for performances on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, Sep 23rd, 24th & 25th, 1918.
