Mrs Piozzi's House, also known as Streatham Park or Thrale House. Mrs Piozzi, formerly Mrs Thrale, was a close friend of Dr.Johnson who was a frequent visitor and who made the house famous by his writings. Demolished in 1863. Engraving by S.
