No 106 -108 King's Avenue, originally part of the Clapham Park development which was started in the 1830s by the developer Thomas Cubitt. Rear view of the house seen here in a derelict state, before it was due to be demolished as part of a social housing programme by the local authority, and replaced by Clapham Park Estate, Helby Road and Headlam Road. This photograph taken on December 9th 1949.
