KINGS AVENUE, CLAPHAM PARK

KINGS AVENUE, CLAPHAM PARK

No.6 Kings Avenue was one of the properties built by Thomas Cubitt, c.1850s as part of the Clapham Park development which began in the 1820s and continued until the early 20th century. During the 1940s-50s many of these large Victorian villas were demolished by the LCC to make way for Clapham Park Estate.
