Belmont Sports Club, Streatham Hill, was situated in one of the large detached buildings that lined Streatham Hill at the end of the 19th century. This view, looking east shows the rear of the building and a large gathering dressed for a special occasion, probably watching a bowls tournament in progress . The site is now marked by the Belmont Bowling Club.
